高压变频器运行中的故障处理及防范措施分析

科学技术高速发展时代下,具有显著节能效果的高压变频器在各行各业中得到了广泛应用。高压变频器作用于变频调速高压交流电动机可降低设备能耗,有利于提高设备调速的可靠性与稳定性。但是,在高压变频器的具体使用过程中难免会产生故障,一定程度上影响了正常的生产活动。因此,探索了高压变频器运行中常见的故障及处理手段,并提出针对性的防范措施,通过定期维护保障高压变频器的应用成效。

With the rapid development of science and technology,the high-voltage inverter with remarkable energy-saving effect has been widely used in all walks of life.The high voltage frequency converter acts on the frequency conversion speed regulation high voltage AC motor,may reduce the equipment energy consumption,is advantageous to the equipment speed regulation reliability and the stability enhancement.However,in the specific use of high-voltage inverter will inevitably have a fault,to a certain extent,affected the normal production activities.This paper explores the common faults in the operation of high-voltage frequency converter and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures to ensure the effectiveness of the application of high-voltage frequency converter through regular maintenance.
