摘要
主要介绍了铜铝装配电极冷挤压模具设计过程,并根据产品的特点以及生产的要求,通过一套模具一次挤压多件。该方案解决了机械加工生产效率低的问题,提高了工件力学性能,也节约了模具成本。
This paper mainly introduces the design process of cold extrusion die for copper and aluminum assembly electrode.According to the characteristics of the product and the requirement of production,this scheme solves the problem of low efficiency in machining production,the mechanical properties of the workpiece can be improved,and the cost of die can also be saved.
