摘要
只有在稳定性状态下进行生产,才能够保证产品的加工质量。基于此,应用Minitab软件进行轴承套加工过程的质量控制研究,由质量控制图判定分析出加工工序中出现异常情况的原因,采取及时的补救措施,保证零件加工质量的稳定性。
Only when the production is carried out under the stable state,the processing quality of the products can be guaranteed The software studies the quality control of the machining process,analyzes the causes of the abnormal situation in the processing process according to the quality control chart,and takes timely remedial measures to ensure the stability of the processing quality of the parts.
