摘要 地坪磨抛机被广泛应用于地坪表面清洁,从而提高地坪的耐用性和美观程度。为解决传统地坪磨抛机研磨工作效率低、前臂叉极易产生疲劳断裂等问题,设计一种大型全液压地坪磨抛机。应用有限元仿真分析技术,优化前臂叉和转向轴的结构及用料选型,设计采用3个大研磨头结构替代单磨头,开发滤芯振动清灰技术,集成开发大型全液压地坪磨抛机,并实现产业化推广应用。 Floor grinding and polishing machine is widely used in floor surface cleaning to improve the durability and beauty of the floor.In order to solve the problems of low grinding efficiency and fatigue fracture of forearm fork of traditional floor grinding and polishing machine,a large-scale full hydraulic floor grinding and polishing machine was designed.The structure and material selection of the forearm fork and steering shaft are optimized by using the finite element simulation analysis technology.Three large grinding heads are designed to replace the single grinding head.The vibration dust cleaning technology of filter element is developed,and the large-scale full hydraulic floor grinding and polishing machine is integrated and applied in industrialization.
