摘要
依据全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛“S环形”赛道挑战赛要求,基于模块化理念设计了一种新颖的“S环形”无碳小车,利用小车左侧正弦机构实现小车正常行走S轨迹,凸轮机构实现小车“S环形”轨迹,二者的衔接由传动机构以不完全齿轮的形式实现交替切换转向,机构间的切换自由、互不干涉,确保机构间不会因为联动而产生误差累积,且走常规S轨迹的正弦机构可调节,以适应不同桩距要求;小车用凸轮轮廓用Solidworks插件Motion根据现场轨迹要求反求而得,本小车装置具有结构简单、可靠,制造成本低的优点。
A novel S-ring carbon-free carriage is designed based on the modular concept,which is based on the requirement of S-ring track competition of national college students’engineering training comprehensive ability competition,and uses the left sine mechanism to realize the normal running of the carriage.The S trajectory and the cam mechanism realizes the S-ring trajectory of the trolley,and the linkage between the two is realized by the transmission mechanism in the form of incomplete gears to switch the steering alternately,so that the switching between the agencies is free and non-interference,ensuring that there is no accumulation of errors due to the linkage between the agencies.The sine mechanism of the S track is adjustable to adapt to different pile distance requirements;the cam profile for the trolley is obtained from Solidworks’plug-in Motion according to the inverse of the field track requirements,which makes the trolley device simple,reliable and low cost.
