摘要 滚珠丝杠钢珠的选择、装配和测试通过PLC等自动化手段来实现,不仅可以提高工作效率,减少错误率,而且可以降低企业的生产成本。基于此,首先介绍滚珠丝杠钢珠扭矩测试的主要工作,然后介绍滚珠丝杠钢珠扭矩测试系统的总体设计,接着介绍系统的硬件和软件设计,最后对设计程序进行调试。本设计基于PLC控制的扭矩测试系统能完成滚珠丝杠钢珠的扭矩测试,通过测试扭矩来判断滚珠丝杠副是否合格。 The selection,assembly and testing of ball screw and steel ball are realized by PLC and other automatic means,which can not only improve the work efficiency and reduce the error rate,but also reduce the production cost of enterprises.This paper first introduced the main work of ball screw torque test,then introduced the overall design of ball screw ball torque test system,then introduced the hardware and software design of the system,and finally debugged the design program.This design based on PLC control torque test system can complete the ball screw ball torque test,through the test torque to judge whether the ball screw pair is qualified.
