The bar baler is the last automatic bundling equipment in the main rolling line of company’s medium rod line rolling branch plant.This paper describes the working principle and process of the baling machine,explores the existing process design defects,puts forward improvement measures,analyzes the causes of the failure,and puts forward solutions,in order to fully improve the operation stability of the bar baler.
