机械设计加工会影响整个企业零部件的精准度,为了提升零部件的精准度,需要优化机械零件的设计,做好机械零件检测工作。基于此,在阐述机械零部件检测内容和基本步骤的基础上,提出无损检测和超声波检测两种常见的检测技术形式,旨在能够更好地提升机械零部件检测的精准性。

Mechanical design and processing has a profound impact on the accuracy of the whole enterprise parts.In order to improve the accuracy of parts,we need to take measures to optimize the design of mechanical parts,and do a good job in the detection of mechanical parts.On the basis of expounding the detection content and basic steps of mechanical parts,this paper puts forward two common testing technology forms,namely nondestructive testing and ultrasonic testing,aiming to improve the accuracy of mechanical parts testing.
