摘要
本文通过某型机复合材料外翼加筋上壁板制造成型,对T型加筋壁板自动化制造技术进行多方位的研究探索和试验验证。结果表明,通过自动铺带过程控制、长桁R区加捻优化、胶接组合过程优化等措施,结合零件结构特点迭代优化工艺方案,初步实现了复合材料构件数字化制造和自动铺带工艺技术工程化应用。
In this paper,the automatic manufacturing technology of T-shaped stiffend panel was researched and verified by experiments through the manufacturing and molding of composite outer wing stiffened upper panel of a certain type of machine.The results showed that through the measures of automatic tape laying process control,twisting optimization of long truss R-zone and bonding combination process optimization,combined with the structural characteristics of the parts,the digital manufacturing of composite components and the engineering application of automatic tape laying technology were preliminarily realized.
