摘要
目前,汽车强检项目中要求对前挡风玻璃关键可视区域进行确认的试验有很多,如除霜除雾、前方视野、刮水器和洗涤器等。V点是依据GB 11562-2014以及EEC标准中的定义,基于三维H点装置模拟驾驶人的眼睛所在区域用以确定前挡风玻璃关键可视区。基于此,通过自动化V点模拟装置实现前挡风玻璃关键可视区的确认,然后通过关节臂测量和三维数据重叠,分析其应用的可靠性。
At present,there are many tests in the automotive inspection project that require the confirmation of the critical visual area of the front windshield,such as defrosting and defogging system,front view,wiper and scrubber.The V point described in this paper is defined in GB11562-2014 and EEC standard.Based on the HPM,the driver’s eye location area is simulated to determine the key visual area of the front windshield.The key visual area of the front windshield was confirmed by the automatic V-point simulator,and then the reliability of its application was analyzed by means of joint arm measurement and 3D data overlap.
