摘要
技工院校在我国中等院校中一直处于劣势地位,其管理方法和教学制度也相应地落后于当今教育的发展。新的教育改革背景下,技工院校如何针对社会的发展调整自己的管理模式,更好地促进学校的建设是每一个教育工作者需要解决的问题。技工院校的教师应结合素质教育的理念刚柔并济的管理,为社会的建设提供优良的技工人才,学校需要结合相应的管理制度,保证教育的质量,更好地履行育人的使命,促进技工院校学生的发展。本文根据目前技工院校班主任的管理制度进行探讨,深入挖掘技工院校改革管理制度的思路。
Technical engineering colleges have always been in a disadvantaged position among secondary schools in China,and their management methods and teaching systems have been lagging behind the development of current education accordingly.In the context of the new education reform,how technical colleges and universities can adjust their management model for the development of society and better promote the construction of schools is a problem that every educator needs to solve.The teachers of technical colleges and universities should combine the concept of quality education with rigid and flexible management to provide excellent technical talents for the construction of society.Schools need to combine corresponding management systems to ensure the quality of education and better fulfill the mission of educating people to promote the development of students in technical colleges.This article discusses the current management system of the head teacher in technical colleges and digs into the ideas of reforming the management system in technical colleges.
