摘要
叉车是工业搬运车辆,由车架系统、传动系统、门架系统、属具系统等部件的有机组合,通过机、电、液的有效联动实现生产的半自动化;叉车的装配,是将各种零部件或总成按一定的工艺要求组装出完整产品的生产过程本文主要是针对柳工叉车的流水线进行装配工艺和调试技术研究。
Forklift is an industrial handling vehicle.It is an organic combination of frame system,transmission system,gantry system,attachment system and other components,and realizes semi-automatic production through the effective linkage of machinery,electricity,and hydraulics;the assembly of forklifts is the assembly of various parts to make a complete product according to certain technological requirements.This article mainly focuses on the research of assembly process and debugging technology for the assembly line of Liugong forklift.
