摘要 随着经济发展以及居民生活水平的不断提高,对汽车的需求大幅度攀升,在汽车产业高速发展的同时,推动着汽车零配件产业的迅猛发展。曲轴是汽车的核心部件,直接影响着汽车发动机的性能和动力性。发动机的高温、高压、高速等特征,使得每个零部件都要经过精度加工。曲轴作为核心的零部件,受到极大的冲击,所以曲轴材质的选择以及加工质量和精度的选择的要求更高。曲轴加工的设计方法、生产设备的选择,对曲轴加工工艺会产生重要的影响。本文对曲轴的加工工艺技术设计原则与加工工艺特点进行初步的探讨,着重地分析了发动机曲轴的加工工艺技术,希望可以进一步提高曲轴加工工艺水平和质量。 With the economic development and the continuous improvement of residents'living standards,the demand for automobiles has risen sharply.The rapid development of the automobile industry has promoted the rapid development of the auto parts industry.The crankshaft is the core component of the car,which directly affects the performance and power of the car engine.The high temperature,high pressure,high speed and other characteristics of the engine make each component undergo precision machining.As a core component,the crankshaft is greatly impacted.Therefore,the selection of crankshaft material and the selection of processing quality and precision have higher requirements.The design method of crankshaft processing and the selection of production equipment will have an important impact on the crankshaft processing technology.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the design principles and processing characteristics of crankshaft processing technology,focusing on the analysis of engine crankshaft processing technology,hoping to further improve the level and quality of crankshaft processing technology.
