本文主要阐述福祉车在中国市场的必要性及福祉车的开发。“福祉车”的概念起源于日本,主流的福祉车搭载一把可以方便行动不便的乘客上车、下车的福祉座椅。福祉座椅可以转出车外并下降,待乘客入坐后再旋转回车内并锁死。本文从中国人口现状、安全性能等角度,阐述了福祉车的必要性及开发要求。

This paper mainly expounds the necessity of welfare vehicle in Chinese market and the development of welfare vehicle.The concept of"welfare vehicle"originated in Japan.The mainstream welfare vehicle is equipped with a welfare seat that can facilitate the boarding and getting off for the passengers with limited mobility.The seat can be rotated out of the vehicle and lowered,then rotated back in when passenger seated and locked to the vehicle.This paper expounds the necessity and development requirements of the welfare vehicle from the perspective of China's population status and safety performance etc.
