企业参与高校人才培养是提高高职院校人才质量的必经之路。本文结合福建船政交通职业学院汽车营销专业“建发创新创业试点班”工作实例,阐述企业参与高职院校人才培养模式的的实践与成效。

The participation of enterprises in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities is the only way to improve the quality of talents in higher vocational colleges.This article combines the work example of the"C&D Innovation and Entrepreneurship Pilot Class"of the Automobile Marketing Major of Fujian Shipping Administration and Transportation Vocational College to illustrate the practice and effectiveness of enterprises participating in the talent training model of higher vocational colleges.
