当前,我国新能源汽车行业发展非常迅速,在市场上的份额占比越来越高,这就导致整个行业对专业人才的需求越来越大。对此,在高校培养人才的过程中,也提出了更高的要求。我国越来越注重在专业方向加强学科教育,学生们不仅需要了解新能源汽车的基础知识,还应当对他们专业技术进行培养,让她们积极参与到实验中去,进行调研和验证分析。学校也需要不断强化师资队伍建设,优化课程设置,为学生们提供实训基地。这样才能够促进新能源汽车专业的不断发展,为社会提供更为专业的技术人才。本文主要论述了我国新能源汽车的发展现状,对当前学校新能源汽车专业课程教学进行具体的分析,并提出了优化教学的具体方式。

At present,China's new energy automobile industry is developing very rapidly,and its market share is getting higher and higher,which has led to an increasing demand for professional talents in the entire industry.In this regard,higher requirements have also been put forward in the process of cultivating talents in universities.China is paying more and more attention to strengthening subject education in the professional direction.Students not only need to understand the basic knowledge of new energy vehicles,but also train their professional skills so that they can actively participate in experiments,conduct research and verifi cation analysis.The school also needs to continuously strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,optimize the curriculum,and provide students with a training base.Only in this way can it promote the continuous development of the new energy vehicle profession and provide the society with more professional technical talents.This article mainly discusses the development status of new energy vehicles in our country,analyzes the current teaching of new energy vehicles in schools,and proposes specifi c ways to optimize teaching.
