以提高汽车服务工程专业学生岗位能力为切入点,分析了以岗位能力需求为导向人才培养的内涵,对汽车服务工程专业人才岗位能力需求开展了研究。立足于学生培养质量提高,提出汽车服务工程专业教学改革措施,并从改革培养模式、优化专业课程、改进实践教学、创新教学手段、深化校企合作、加强创新训练六个方面进行了探索和实践。

This essay probes into the job competency of the college students majoring in automobile service engineering,analyzes the connotation of talent cultivation guided by job competency,and investigates the demand for job competency of the college students majoring in automobile service engineering.Based on improving the training quality of the students,this essay puts forward measures for educational reform on automobile service engineering major.The exploration and practice revolve around the following aspects:changing the training mode,optimizing the professional courses,improving experiment teaching,innovating teaching methods,deepening cooperation between college and enterprises,and strengthening innovation training.
