中职学校关于新能源汽车专业实训基地建设探究

Research on the Construction of New Energy Vehicle Professional Training Base in Secondary Vocational Schools

自新能源汽车产业被列入“十三五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划中起,新能源汽车产业经历了过去两年井喷式发展。在传统汽车行业研究基础上,新能源汽车专业发展逐渐成为汽车中等职业学校培养高技能人才的新动能,为更好适应并满足社会对新能源汽车行业专业人才需求,增建新能源汽车实训基地是我校未来发展的必然趋势。通过大量前期准备工作的开展,我校在新能源汽车实训基地教学硬件和软件领域取得阶段性成绩,形成一套完善的实训基地人才培养方案。并通过校内研发、校企合作和技能竞赛等项目,致力培养与社会无缝对接的新能源汽车行业高技能人才,为社会新能源汽车产业发展不断地输送力量。

Since the new energy automobile industry was included in the"13th Five-Year"national strategic emerging industry development plan,the new energy automobile industry has experienced a spurt of development in the past two years.Based on the research of the traditional automobile industry,the professional development of new energy vehicles has gradually become a new driving force for the training of high-skilled talents in automobile secondary vocational schools.In order to better adapt to and meet the social demand for professional talents in the new energy automobile industry,new energy automobile training base will be built,which is the inevitable trend of the author's school’s future development.Through the development of a large number of preliminary preparations,the author’s school has achieved stage achievenments in the teaching hardware and software fi eld of the new energy vehicle training base,forming a complete training base talent training program.And through projects such as school research and development,school-enterprise cooperation and skills competitions,we are committed to cultivating highskilled talents in the new energy automobile industry that seamlessly connect with the society,and continuously conveying power for the development of the new energy automobile industry.
