Optimization of the Matching Problem of the Clearance between the Front Skin and the Fender of a Certain Vehicle

前蒙皮与翼子板间隙面差的匹配状态,影响消费者对整车外观的直接感知,本文通过优化前蒙皮、翼子板、连接支架等多个零件,解决前蒙皮与翼子板间隙面差的匹配问题,在此基础上提出一些对零件的常规控制方法和对零件匹配有利的设计结构,供后续项目参考。

The matching state of the gap between the front skin and the fender aff ects consumers’direct perception of the appearance of the whole vehicle.This paper optimizes the front skin,fender,connecting bracket and other parts to solve the problem of the matching problem of the fender gap surface diff erence.Some conventional control methods for parts and design structures that are benefi cial to the matching of parts are proposed for reference for subsequent projects.
