摘要
为了提高汽车的燃油经济性,降低汽车在行驶过程中的风阻。采用风阻系数的概念表述空气阻力的五个部分,风阻系数越低,则百叶窗所承受的空气阻力越低,当车速高时,风阻系数对空气阻力的绝对值的影响更大。研究了汽车百叶窗的几何分析和流动分析,将两种分析方法相配合,确定了对百叶窗的迎风面进行优化改进,使用FLUENT软件对百叶窗进行流体分析,百叶窗顶点位置应选取离散热器表面垂直距离25mm处为最优解,得出最佳迎风曲面。
In order to improve the fuel economy of the car,and reduce the wind resistance of the car during driving,the concept of drag coeffi cient is used to express the fi ve parts of air resistance.The lower the drag coeffi cient,the lower the air resistance of the blinds is.When the vehicle speed is high,the drag coeffi cient has a greater impact on the absolute value of air resistance.The geometric analysis and fl ow analysis of automobile blinds are studied.The two analysis methods are combined to determine the optimization and improvement of the windward side of the blinds.The FLUENT software is used to analyze the fl ow of the blinds.The vertex position of the blinds should be selected when the vertical distance from the radiator to the surface is25mm,which is the optimal solution,and the best windward surface is obtained.
