本文针对CVT变速箱台架测试出现压力脉动超差问题进行分析与研究。调查结果说明压力脉动值与吸油滤清器尺寸强相关,对吸油滤清器尺寸进行控制,为变速箱油路开发设计与问题解决提供了方案指导。

This article analyzes and studies the pressure pulsation out-of-tolerance problem in the CVT gearbox bench test.The survey results show that the pressure pulsation value is strongly related to the size of the suction fi lter,and the size of the suction fi lter is controlled,which provides program guidance for the development and design of the transmission oil circuit and problem solving.
