通过IFE矩阵分析一汽-大众奥迪当前发展中的优劣势,找出影响企业发展的关键因素;借助CPM矩阵分析竞争对手的情况;最后,运用BCG矩阵分析现有产品的情况。通过以上分析,为企业在中国市场制定营销战略和规划提供参考依据和约束性条件,获得更好的经济效益,在竞争中保持竞争优势。
The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of FAW-Volkswagen Audi’s current development through the IFE matrix,and fi nds out the key factors that aff ect the development of the company;the paper uses the CPM matrix to analyze the situation of competitors,and fi nally,uses the BCG matrix to analyze the situation of existing products.Through the above analysis,the paper provides a reference basis and binding conditions for companies to formulate marketing strategies and plans in the Chinese market to obtain better economic benefi ts,and maintain a competitive advantage in the competition.
