The detection of automobile body paint fi lm is increasingly widely used in automobile detection and second-hand car appraisal.The traditional methods can be used by visual observation of the body paint fi lm color diff erence,orange peel texture recognition observation and the use of fi lm thickness instrument to detect the new and old body paint fi lm.However,for the restored paint fi lm by a high-level net-shape injection technician,visual observation and fi lm thickness instrument are used to detect whether the body paint fi lm has been repaired.Therefore,advanced testing equipment must be used to detect whether the body paint fi lm has been repaired.This paper introduces how to use RapidMatch"X-5 colorimeter and its power supply maintenance.
