老年念珠菌性阴道炎患者进行尿检的临床意义

Clinical significance of urinalysis in elderly patients with candidal vaginitis

目的分析探究老年念珠菌性阴道炎患者进行尿检的临床意义。方法选取80例老年念珠菌性阴道炎患者为观察组,选取同期80例体检健康的老年女性为对照组。两组按照要求留取尿液标本,进行尿液分析与尿沉渣检查。对比两组的白细胞计数、红细胞计数、上皮细胞计数。结果观察组白细胞计数为(12.24±3.95)个/HP、红细胞计数为(13.51±4.56)个/HP、上皮细胞计数为(8.66±1.23)个/HP,均高于对照组的(4.56±1.63)、(4.28±1.41)、(1.35±0.87)个/HP,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿检可作为老年念珠菌性阴道炎临床诊断的依据,以及患者是否合并尿道感染的辅助检查方式,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of urinalysis in elderly patients with candidal vaginitis.Methods There were 80 elderly patients with candidal vaginitis selected as the observation group,and 80 elderly women who underwent physical examinations during the same period as the control group.Urine samples were collected for urinalysis and urine sediment examination.The white blood cell count,red blood cell count and epithelial cell count of the two groups were compared.Results The white blood cell count(12.24±3.95)cells/HP,red blood cell count(13.51±4.56)cells/HP and epithelial cell count(8.66±1.23)cells/HP of the observation group were higher than(4.56±1.63),(4.28±1.41),(1.35±0.87)cells/HP of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine test can be used as the basis for the clinical diagnosis of elderly candidal vaginitis,as well as the auxiliary examination method to detect whether patients with urinary tract infection,which has high clinical application value.
