外侧L形切口入路内固定联合创面洗剂在跟骨骨折中的应用研究

Study on the application of lateral L-shaped incision and internal fixation combined with wound lotion in the treatment of calcaneal fractures

目的探讨外侧L形切口入路内固定联合创面洗剂在跟骨骨折患者中的临床疗效。方法60例跟骨骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用外侧L形切口入路内固定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合外用创面洗剂治疗。比较两组住院时间、术后并发症发生率及术后1年美国矫形科足踝协会(AOFAS)评分。结果观察组术后住院时间(7.04±2.70)d短于对照组的(9.04±3.10)d,并发症发生率3.33%低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后1年的AOFAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外侧L形切口入路内固定联合外用创面洗剂用于跟骨骨折患者中能缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of lateral L-shaped incision and internal fixation combined with wound lotion in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with calcaneal fractures were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lateral L-shaped incision and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with wound lotion on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,incidence of postoperative complications and American Orthopedic Foot Ankle Society(AOFAS)score 1 year after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time(7.04±2.70)d of the observation group was shorter than(9.04±3.10)d of the control group,and incidence of postoperative complications 3.33% was lower than 30.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in AOFAS score 1 year after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lateral L-shaped incision and internal fixation combined with external wound lotion for calcaneal fractures can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion and application.
