按摩配合放血拔火罐促进产后乳汁分泌的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of massage combined with bloodletting cupping therapy to promote postpartum milk secretion

目的分析按摩与放血拔火罐相结合的治疗方法在产后泌乳障碍、乳房胀痛中的治疗效果。方法62例产后泌乳障碍、乳房胀痛的产妇,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组运用按摩疗法促进乳汁分泌,观察组运用按摩配合放血拔火罐疗法促进乳汁分泌。比较两组治疗效果、乳汁分泌状况(产后泌乳时间、乳房胀痛缓解时间、乳房胀痛评分以及泌乳量评分)。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.55%高于对照组的64.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后泌乳时间(35.63±3.21)h、乳房胀痛缓解时间(1.21±1.02)d、乳房胀痛评分(2.36±0.23)分、泌乳量评分(2.98±0.31)分均优于对照组的(26.22±3.69)h、(3.98±1.34)d、(4.21±0.57)分、(2.04±0.43)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇运用按摩联合放血拔火罐疗法可以在短时间内舒缓乳房胀痛感,促使乳腺导管通畅,对乳汁分泌具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of massage combined with bloodletting and cupping in the treatment of lactation disorders and breast tenderness.Methods A total of 62 cases with lactation disorders and breast tenderness were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received massage therapy to promote milk secretion,while the observation group received massage combined with bloodletting cupping therapy to promote milk secretion.The therapeutic effect and milk secretion status(postpartum lactation time,breast tenderness relief time,breast tenderness score and lactation volume score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.55% of the observation group was higher than 64.52% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum lactation time(35.63±3.21)h,breast tenderness relief time(1.21±1.02)d,breast tenderness score(2.36±0.23)points and lactation volume score(2.98±0.31)points of the observation group were better than(26.22±3.69)h,(3.98±1.34)d,(4.21±0.57)points and(2.04±0.43)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with bloodletting cupping therapy can relieve breast tenderness in a short period of time,promote the patency of mammary duct,and have positive significance for milk secretion.
