摘要 随着现代科学技术的发展,天然药物化学的课程内容也在不断的完善和扩充。传统的灌输式教学法已不能满足天然药物化学理论教学的需要。文章引入以问题为基础-交互式和以案例为基础-交互式混合教学法,根据教学内容及授课对象,选择典型的问题以及案例,分组讨论,探索问题的答案。通过总结讨论,培养学生自学的能力和批判性思维,以提高天然药物化学理论教学效果。 The course content of medicinal chemistry of natural products is still under perfecting and expansion with the development of modern science and technology.Traditional indoctrinating teaching can’t meet the requirements of the theoretical teaching of medicinal chemistry of natural products.Problem based learning-Interactive learning and Case based learning-Interactive learning were introduced to medicinal chemistry of natural products course.And typical problems and cases were selected according to course content and students.The students were divided into small group discussion and were required to find answers to the problems.And then,the discussion results of problems or cases were summarized by author.These can develop the self-directed learning and critical thinking,which achieves the good theoretical teaching effects of medicinal chemistry of natural products.
