摘要
先进树脂基复合材料具有高比强度、高比模量、良好的抗疲劳性、便于整体成型等优点,在航空航天领域获得了广泛应用。随着用量不断增加,低成本制造复合材料成为当前研究热点。VARI成型技术作为一种高性能、低成本的非热压罐成型技术而受到广泛重视。文章简要介绍VARI成型技术和泡沫夹芯结构中的PMI泡沫,概括了发展现状和常见工艺难点分析,并对VARI成型技术应用进行了展望。
Advanced resin matrix composite parts have been widely used in aerospace field because of their advantages such as high specific strength,high specific modulus,good fatigue resistance and easy integral forming.With the increasing of dosage,the low cost composite part manufacturing has become the current research hotspot.VARI moulding technology is widely regarded as a high performance and low cost autoclave-free manufacturing technology.This paper briefly introduces VARI moulding technology and PMI foam in foam sandwich structure,summarizes the development status and analyzes common technical difficulties,and forecasts the application of VARI moudling technology.
