摘要
95氧化铝陶瓷是指符合国家标准GB/T 5593—1999规定的氧化铝陶瓷,其强度高,可扩展性低。它广泛用于石油化工、机械工业和其他领域。95氧化铝陶瓷通常通过热压制成。由于烧结过程容易产生变形和收缩,因此需要做更多的工作以确保零件的精确尺寸和形状的精度。文章针对95氧化铝陶瓷的加工难点进行分析,对其加工方法提出选择建议。
The 95 alumina ceramic is a kind of alumina ceramic which meets the national standard GB/T 5593—1999.It has high strength and low expansibility.It is widely used in petrochemical industry,machinery industry and other fields.95 alumina ceramics are usually made by hot pressing.As the sintering process is prone to deformation and shrinkage,more work needs to be done to ensure the accurate size and shape of parts.In this paper,the processing difficulties of 95 alumina ceramics are analyzed,and the selection of processing methods is proposed.
