化工园区储罐泄漏模拟分析及应急管理建设

Leakage Simulation Analysis and Emergency Management Construction of Storage Tanks in Chemical Park

危化品泄漏事故频发,一旦发生事故会造成重大影响。若能提前对其风险及影响区域作出较准确的评估,对相关事故的预防及控制将可起到不可估量的作用。文章以某工业园区某一储罐为例(烷烃类物质选取丙烯),在预先性危险性分析(PHA)的基础上,对其中毒事故和蒸气云爆炸事故进行了危险等级划分。应用ALOHA软件对相关事故威胁区域进行了模拟。该模拟对事故预防及控制提供了有效的信息,对日常安全管理了科学依据。同时,结合目前化工企业应急管理建设过程中的困境和存在的问题,提出相关的建议和优化措施,为危险评估和应急管理提供一定的理论指导。

Leakage accidents of hazardous chemicals occur frequently,and once an accident occurs,it will have a major impact.If a more accurate assessment of its risks and affected areas in advance are made,the prevention and control of related accidents will play an inestimable role.Taking a certain storage tank in an industrial park as an example(propylene was selected for alkane substances),based on the preliminary hazard analysis(PHA),the risk levels of poisoning accidents and vapor cloud explosion accidents are classified.The ALOHA software was used to simulate the threatened area of the related accidents after the leakage.The simulation provides effective information for accident prevention and control,and a scientific basis for daily safety management.At the same time,combined with the current difficulties and existing problems in the construction of emergency management of chemical enterprises,relevant suggestions and optimization measures are put forward to provide certain theoretical guidance for future risk assessment and emergency management.
