氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性缺血性卒中的效果

Effects of Clopidogrel combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium in treatment of progressive ischemic stroke

目的:观察氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性缺血性卒中的效果。方法:选取56例进展性缺血性卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各28例。对照组在基础治疗基础上采用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用低分子肝素钙治疗,比较两组临床疗效、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、凝血指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组凝血指标水平及不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性缺血性卒中患者可有效提高临床疗效,降低NIHSS评分,且安全性高。

Objective:To investigate effects of Clopidogrel combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium in treatment of progressive ischemic stroke.Methods:56 patients with progressive ischemic stroke were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,28 cases in each.The control group was treated with Clopidogrel on the basis of the basic treatment,while the observation group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,coagulation index level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the levels of coagulation indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Clopidogrel combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of the patients with progressive ischemic stroke and reduce the NIHSS score with high safety.
