血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的效果

Effects of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treatment of patients with uremia itchy skin

目的:血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的效果。方法:按随机数字表法将58例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者分为对照组和观察组各29例。对照组接受血液透析治疗,观察组接受血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后瘙痒症状评分、生化指标[甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、β2-微球蛋白、血磷]水平和并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组瘙痒症状评分以及PTH、血磷、β2-微球蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者可提高疗效,降低瘙痒症状评分和PTH、血磷、β2-微球蛋白水平。

Objective:To observe effects of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treatment of patients with uremia itchy skin.Methods:According to the random number table method,58 patients with uremia itchy skin were divided into control group and observation group,29 cases in each group.The control group received hemodialysis treatment,while the observation group received hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment.The curative effects,the pruritus symptom score and biochemical index[parathyroid hormone(PTH),β2-microglobulin,blood phosphorus]levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than 72.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of pruritus symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of PTH,blood phosphorus,andβ2-microglobulin were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can improve the curative effects of the patients with uremia itchy skin,and reduce the score of pruritus symptoms and the levels of PTH,blood phosphorus andβ2-microglobulin.
