经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者的临床效果

Clinical effects of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in patients with superficial bladder tumors

目的:观察经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤(SBC)患者的临床效果。方法:选取94例SBC患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间分成观察组和对照组各47例。对照组实施开腹膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗,观察组实施TURBT治疗,比较两组手术指标水平、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:观察组手术时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.26%(2/47),明显低于对照组的17.02%(8/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TURBT治疗SBC患者,能促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,但复发率与开腹膀胱肿瘤切除术相当。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT)in patients with superficial bladder tumors(BC).Methods:94 patients with SBC were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open bladder tumor resection,while the observation group was treated with TURBT.The surgical index levels,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,urinary catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%(2/47),which was significantly lower than 17.02%(8/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:For the SBC patients,TURBT can promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.However,its recurrence rate is comparable to that of open bladder tumor resection.
