胰岛素注射部位轮换定位卡在居家治疗糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effects of rotation positioning card of insulin injection site in home treatment of diabetic patients

目的:观察胰岛素注射部位轮换定位卡在居家治疗糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年6月在该院就诊且进行居家注射胰岛素治疗的60例糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照定位方法不同分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用五指定位法进行胰岛素注射部位的轮换,观察组采用轮换定位卡进行胰岛素注射部位的轮换。比较两组胰岛素注射治疗依从性、注射部位不良事件发生情况、疼痛评分及治疗前后血糖水平。结果:观察组胰岛素注射治疗依从性高于对照组,疼痛评分、不良事件发生率、治疗后的血糖水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:居家胰岛素注射糖尿病患者采用轮换定位卡进行胰岛素注射部位轮换,效果优于五指定位法,能提高患者治疗依从性和血糖控制效果,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective:To explore application effects of rotation positioning card of insulin injection site in home treatment of diabetic patients.Methods:60 diabetic patients who attended the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 and received insulin injection at home was selected and retrospectively analyzed.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 30 cases.The control group used the five finger positioning method to rotate the insulin injection site,while the observation group used the rotation positioning card.The compliance of insulin injection treatment,adverse events at the injection site,pain score,and blood glucose levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance with insulin injection therapy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the pain score,incidence of adverse events,and blood glucose levels after the treatment were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the diabetic patients with insulin injection at home,the rotation positioning card is superior to the five finger positioning.It can improve the patient treatment compliance and blood glucose control effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
