整合式心理护理对住院婴幼儿头皮静脉留置针穿刺的影响

Effects of integrated psychological nursing on scalp venous indwelling needle puncture of hospitalized infants aged 0-3 years

目的:观察整合式心理护理对住院婴幼儿头皮静脉留置针穿刺的影响。方法:选取118例首次进行头皮静脉留置针穿刺的婴幼儿为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组实施整合式心理护理,比较两组穿刺疼痛评分、家长护理满意度和一次性穿刺成功率。结果:观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度为98.3%(58/59),高于对照组的76.3%(45/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一次性穿刺成功率为98.3%(58/59),高于对照组的66.1%(39/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整合式心理护理可降低住院婴幼儿头皮静脉留置针穿刺疼痛评分,提高一次性穿刺成功率和患儿家长护理满意度,其效果优于常规护理效果。

Objective:To observe effects of integrated psychological nursing on scalp venous indwelling needle puncture of hospitalized infants aged 0-3 years.Methods:118 infants who underwent scalp vein indwelling needle puncture for the first time were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,59 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received integrated psychological nursing.The puncture pain score,parental satisfaction,and success rate of one-time puncture were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.3%(58/59),which was higher than 76.3%(45/59)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was 98.3%(58/59),which was higher than 66.1%(39/59)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Integrated psychological nursing can reduce the pain score of scalp vein indwelling needle puncture of the hospitalized infants of 0-3 years old,and improve the success rate of one-time puncture and the parental nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
