摘要
智慧旅游是旅游业改革和发展的方向,但关于智慧旅游建设对游客满意度的影响程度、影响途径的研究尚未深入。本文以上海迪士尼乐园及其游客为研究对象,运用SPSS、STATA等统计分析软件,基于游客满意度调研数据,较为深入系统地研究上海迪士尼乐园的智慧旅游建设对游客满意度的影响。本文分析表明:(1)智慧营销服务、智慧管理、智慧设施等方面的智慧旅游建设有助于显著提升游客对上海迪士尼总体满意度、游玩设施满意度、交通环境满意度、餐饮情况满意度、服务满意度以及相对满意度,并且不同的智慧因子对游客满意度的影响程度不同;(2)智慧信息方面的智慧旅游建设有助于显著提升游客对上海迪士尼总体满意度、游玩设施满意度、交通环境满意度以及相对满意度。
Smart tourism is the direction of the reform and development of tourism industry,but the research on how smart tourism constructions influence tourist satisfaction has not been in-depth.This paper takes Shanghai Disneyland and its visitors as research objects.To make a relatively in-depth and systematic study on the impact of the smart tourism constructions of Shanghai Disney on tourist satisfaction,we have collected survey data and used SPSS,STATA and other statistical analysis software.The paper shows that:(1)Smart marketing services,smart management and smart infrastructure can significantly improve the total satisfaction,recreation facilities satisfaction,traffic environment satisfaction,catering satisfaction,service satisfaction as well as the relative satisfaction of Shanghai Disneyland,different smart factors have different contribution to the degree of tourist satisfaction.(2)Smart information can significantly improve the overall satisfaction,recreation facilities satisfaction,traffic environment satisfaction and the relative satisfaction of Shanghai Disneyland.
