摘要
采用胶接技术对AA5182铝合金进行了连接,并通过准静态与高速剪切测试对轻量化材料AA5182铝合金单搭接胶接接头的准静态剪切性能和高速剪切性能进行了对比与分析。通过光学显微镜对不同剪切速度下的接头失效模式进行了观测与分析,并对被粘接材料的塑性变形量进行了对比。结果表明,对于AA5182铝合金胶接接头,其高速剪切强度高于准静态剪切强度。加载速度对接头失效模式和被粘接材料的塑性变形量也有一定的影响。与准静态剪切试验相比,在高速剪切试验中,由于接头的失效载荷更大,AA5182铝合金胶接接头失效时的位移和铝合金板的伸长量也更大。
The AA5182 aluminum alloy was connected by adhesive bonding technology,and the quasi-static shear performance and highspeed shear performance of the lightweight material AA5182 aluminum alloy single-lap adhesive bonded joint were compared and analyzed by quasi-static and high-speed shear tests.The joint failure modes at different shearing speeds were observed and analyzed by optical microscope,and the plastic deformation of the bonded materials was compared.The results show that for the AA5182 aluminum alloy bonded joint,the high-speed shear strength is higher than the quasi-static shear strength.The loading speed also has a certain influence on the failure mode of the joint and the plastic deformation of the bonded material.Compared with the quasi-static shear test,the displacement of the AA5182 aluminum alloy adhesive bonded joint and the elongation of the aluminum alloy plate are also larger due to the greater failure load of the joint in the high-speed shear test.
