摘要
本文对列车的制动护箱的振动冲击和随机振动疲劳分析进行了分析,分别进行了模态分析、振动冲击分析和随机振动疲劳分析,分析结果表明:制动护箱的固有频率和振型应避开车辆共振带,振动冲击应力满足强度要求和随机振动疲劳寿命满足标准要求。
The impact and random vibration fatigue analysis about brake protective box of the train is performed in the paper.The mode,vibration impact and of brake protective box is analyzed.The result shows that natural frequency and mode shape must avoid resonance band of the train,and the stress of vibration impact and random vibration fatigue life of brake protective box satisfy yield the standard requirement.
