城轨车辆车门检测设备的设计实现及应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对城市轨道交通车辆车门参数测量和车门状态检测等应用需求,设计了一种集成了压力和电流测量、开关门时间计量等功能于一体的车门检测设备,介绍了压力测量装置的设计、压力检测和电流检测的原理、时间计量算法,并叙述了信息显示和数据存储等功能。以某城市轨道交通车辆车门检测应用为例,说明了车门检测设备的测试情况。车门防夹力的检测结果与专用工具的测试结果基本一致;电流检测数据反映了门控电机在开关门时的工作状态和能耗情况,数据表明被测车门每次开关门能耗误差均在6.0%以内;开关门时间的计量基于门控电机电流监测数据,数据表明被测车门每次开关门时间误差均在3.5%以内。测试数据证明了采用防夹力检测、电流检测和时间计量来表征车门状态的方法的可行性和准确性。测试结果和应用案例均表明,车门检测设备实现了车门参数的实时测量和状态检测,符合实际工程应用要求。 In response to the application requirements of door parameter measurement and door status detection of urban rail transit vehicles,design a vehicle door inspection equipment which integrates detection functions of pressure,current,door opening time and door closing time,and introduces the design of force measuring device,the principle of pressure detection and current detection,and time measurement algorithm,and describes the function of information display and data storage.Taking the application of door detection of one urban rail transit vehicles as an example,illustrate test situation of the vehicle door inspection equipment.The test result of the door clamping force is basically the same as the test result using the special tool;the current detection data reflects the working status and energy consumption of the door motor when opening and closing the door,and the data shows the power difference of both door opening and door closing is within 6.0%;the time measurement of door opening and door closing is based on the current data,and the data shows the time difference of both door opening and door closing is within 3.5%.The test case proves the feasibility and accuracy of the method of using clamping force detection,current detection and time measurement to characterize the state of the door.Application cases and test results show that the vehicle door inspection equipment realizes real-time measurement of vehicle door parameters and vehicle door status detection,and meets the requirements of actual engineering applications.
