乳腺癌患者对“互联网+”康复健康教育的认知调查分析

Understanding of“internet plus”rehabilitation education in patients with breast cancer

目的探讨基于慈善项目平台了解乳腺癌患者对"互联网+"康复健康教育的认知现况。方法选取2019年7月至2020年4月间某慈善项目平台中3558例乳腺癌患者进行整群抽样调查,采用自行设计的调查问卷开展网络问卷调查。结果55岁及以上患者占33.2%,45~54岁患者占30.6%;一半以上患者来自东部地区(59.9%);患病时间在一年内的新患者占多数(83.4%);患者对自我身体状况的评价倾向于好(51.1%)。97.8%的患者认为"互联网+"康复健康教育很重要,90.8%的乳腺癌患者认为"互联网+"康复健康教育比线下康复健康教育(73.5%)更有效,一半以上患者希望通过线上教育平台获得康复知识(84.6%)、临床治疗方法(75.7%)、预防疾病复发知识(67.9%)、营养搭配常识(66.9%)和治疗后不良反应的处理(53.0%)。乳腺癌患者对"互联网+"康复健康教育重要性的认知在年龄、地区和患病时间上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组人群均以55岁以上、东部地区、患病时间在一年内为主。不同身体状况的患者对"互联网+"康复健康教育重要性的认知上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对自我评价身体状况一般或差的患者倾向于认为"互联网+"康复健康教育"一般/不重要"。结论不同特征乳腺癌患者的康复健康教育需求有差异,应以患者需求为导向,实施个性化、多元化的"互联网+"康复健康教育。

Objective To research the current status of understanding of"internet plus"rehabilitation education in patients with breast cancer based on the charity project platform.Methods From July2019 to April 2020,a cluster sampling analysis was conducted in 3558 patients with breast cancer based on a charity project platform using a self-designed questionnaire.Results In the present study,33.2%patients were 55 years old or over and 30.6%patients were 45 to 54 years.More than half of patients(59.9%)were from eastern region.Most of patients were new patients(83.4%)who had been ill within one year.The patients tended to evaluate their own physical condition good(51.1%).From the cognitive status,97.8%of the patients thought that"internet plus"rehabilitation education was very important.Most patients believed that"internet plus"rehabilitation education(90.8%)was more effective than offline form(73.5%).More than half of them hope to get rehabilitation knowledge(84.6%),clinical therapies(75.7%),knowledge on preventing disease recurrence(67.9%),nutrition collocation(66.9%)and management of adverse reactions after the treatment(53.0%)through online education platform.There was no significant difference in understanding of the importance of"internet plus"rehabilitation health education in patients of different age in different area with different duration of illness.What’s in common is that the patients were more than 55 years old,live in the eastern area and were exposed to the disease within 1 year.There was no significant difference in understanding of the importance of"internet plus"in patients with different physical conditions(P>0.05).Patients who assess their physical conditions as average or poor tender to think"internet plus"rehabilitation education"ordinary/unimportant".Conclusion The rehabilitation education needs are different in breast cancer patients with different characteristics.We should take patient needs as the guidance and implement personalized and diversified"internet plus"rehabilitation education.
