垂体瘤切除术患者术后并发症及防治护理措施分析

Treatment and prevention of postoperative complications in patients undergoing surgical resection of pituitary tumors

目的探讨垂体瘤切除术患者术后常见并发症及有效防治措施。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月间宝鸡市中心医院收治的110例垂体瘤切除术患者,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者采用常规围术期护理措施,观察组患者在对照组基础上加强术后并发症预防护理,比较两组患者手术前后焦虑心理状况、术后并发症发生率及住院时间。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5.5%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,两组患者焦虑评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,观察组术后住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂体瘤切除术患者采用积极的并发症防治护理措施,可降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,缓解围术期心理焦虑状况,值得临床重视。

Objective To investigate the common postoperative complications,and effective prevention and treatment measures in patients undergoing surgical resection of pituitary tumors.Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing surgical resection of pituitary tumors at Baoji Central Hospital from January2017 to June 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 55 patients in each group.In the observation group,the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications was strengthened besides routine perioperative nursing and the control group was given routine perioperative nursing.The anxiety degree before and after the surgery,postoperative complications and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.5%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 20.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Before the surgery,there was no significant difference in the anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the operation,the anxiety scores decreased in both groups with the observation group lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Positive prevention and treatment of complications can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and alleviate perioperative anxiety in patients undergoing surgical resection of pituitary tumors,which is worthy of special attention.
