摘要
目的探讨口腔癌患者采用临床路径健康教育提升依从性和认知能力的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年8月间山东省立第三医院收治的90例口腔癌患者,根据健康教育方法不同分为观察组43例和对照组47例。对照组患者采用常规教育,观察组患者采用临床路径健康教育,比较两组患者健康行为依从率和健康知识认知能力评分。结果教育前,两组患者健康行为依从率均较低,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教育后,观察组患者依从率为95.3%,高于对照组的78.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教育前,两组患者认知评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教育后,两组患者认知评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育用于社区口腔癌患者管理,能较好提升患者健康行为依从率和疾病认知能力,具有积极推广价值。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of community clinical pathway-based health education in improving compliance and cognitive ability in patients with oral cancers.Methods Ninety patients with oral cancer patients who were admitted to Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Based on different health education they received,the patients were divided into an observation group(43 patients)and a control group(47 patients).The observation group received clinical pathway-based health education and the control group received routine education.The scores of compliance rate with health behaviors and the cognitive ability for health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results Before education,the compliance rate were low in both groups and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After education,the compliance rate was 95.3%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 78.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Before education,there was no significant difference in the cognitive scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After education,the cognitive scores were significantly improved in both groups with the observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health education can significantly improve patient compliance with health behaviors and cognitive ability for diseases in patients with oral cancers with positive promotion significance.
