独活寄生汤加减联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Effect of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxbustion in treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察独活寄生汤加减联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果以及对患者腰椎功能、疼痛的影响。方法将184例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为2组。对照组(n=92)采用常规治疗,观察组(n=92)在对照组基础上采用独活寄生汤加减联合针灸治疗。比较2组治疗前后腰椎功能、疼痛变化及治疗疗效。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxbustion in treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and its influence on lumbar function and pain. Methods A total of 184 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,with 92 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture.The lumbar function,changes of pain and curative efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the pain score and Oswestry disability Index (ODI)score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxbustion can effectively relieve pain of patients,improve the lumbar function and curative effect.
