催产素联合卡孕栓对剖宫产宫缩乏力性出血的预防效果及对血压的影响

Effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost methylate suppositories in prevention of hemorrhage induced by uterine inertia in cesarean section and its impact on blood pressure

目的探讨催产素联合卡孕栓对剖宫产宫缩乏力性出血的预防效果及对血压的影响。方法将88例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用静脉滴注催产素,观察组采用催产素联合卡孕栓。比较2组产后出血率、出血量、血压及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组产后出血率为4.55%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组术后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组术后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论催产素联合卡孕栓对剖宫产宫缩乏力性出血的预防效果显著,可减少出血量,降低出血率,维持血压稳定,安全性较高。

Objective To explore effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost methylate suppositories in prevention of hemorrhage induced by uterine inertia in cesarean section and its impact on blood pressure. Methods A total of 88 parturients with cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with carboprost methylate suppositories. The rate of postpartum hemorrhage,blood loss,blood pressure and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 4. 55%,which was significantly lower than 18. 18% in the control group (P < 0. 05). The blood loss in the observation group at 2,24 h after surgery were significantly less than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Oxytocin combined with carboprost methylate suppositories has significant preventive effect on hemorrhage induced by uterine inertia in cesarean section,which can decrease the amount of bleeding,reduce the rate of bleeding,and maintain stable blood pressure.
