早期母婴皮肤接触联合路径式健康教育对母乳喂养及产妇子宫复旧的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的观察早期母婴皮肤接触联合路径式健康教育对母乳喂养及产妇子宫复旧的影响。方法选取103例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机化分组法分为对照组(n=51,早期母婴皮肤接触)和观察组(n=52,早期母婴皮肤接触联合路径式健康教育),比较2组首次母乳喂养成功率、喂养方式、子宫复旧情况、母乳喂养知识知晓率。结果观察组首次母乳喂养成功率、母乳喂养率、母乳喂养知识知晓率均高于对照组,产后24 h宫底下降高度多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理中应用早期母婴皮肤接触联合路径式健康教育,母乳喂养率及喂养成功率显著提高,便于促进产妇子宫复旧及了解更多母乳喂养知识。 Objective To explore the effect of early mother-infant skin contact combined with pathway health education on breast feeding and uterine involution.Methods Totally 103 puerperas were randomly divided into control group(n=51,treated by early mother-infant skin contact)and observation group(n=52,treated by early mother-infant skin contact and pathway health education).The success rate of first breast feeding,feeding mode,uterine involution and awareness rate of breast feeding knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of first breast feeding,breast feeding rate and awareness rate of breast feeding knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the decrease of uterine fundus height at 24 h after delivery was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early mother-infant skin contact combined with pathway health education in obstetric nursing can significantly increase the breast feeding rate and feeding success rate,which is conducive to promote maternal uterine involution and obtain more breast feeding knowledge.
