摘要
本文以某化工硅烷气区设备基础二次灌浆为例,采用巴斯夫环氧灌浆料,在现场按比例搅拌后进行灌注施工,工程实践证明其具有早强、高抗拉、高抗压、高流动性及高温下仍可保持高强度、微膨胀等特点。本文所用方案根据现场实际,并结合厂家出具的施工方法而制定,实践证明其所得各项指标均符合规范中的相关规定[1-4]。
This paper takes the secondary grouting of equipment foundation in a chemical silane gas area as an example,BASF epoxy grouting material is used,pouring construction shall be carried out after mixing in proportion on site,engineering practice has proved that it has the characteristics of early strength,high tensile strength,high compression resistance,high fluidity and high strength and micro expansion under high temperature.The scheme used in this paper is based on the actual situation,it is formulated in combination with the construction method issued by the manufacturer,practice has proved that all the indexes are in line with the relevant provisions in the specification.
