浅谈大跨度钢结构连廊地面拼装起重设备对结构楼面安全影响

摘要 本文以中国牙谷科创园区项目多功能馆钢结构连廊提升施工为例,根据现场情况选择恰当施工方案,当塔式起重机无法满足材料运输要求时,需在钢连廊投影正下方采用25T汽车吊,因此施工荷载增大,需采取相应措施使荷载均匀分布,并对车库顶板汽车吊站位进行结构安全性验算。经多工况荷载计算,多功能馆B区钢连廊位置投影正下方楼板可满足汽车吊停放及作业要求,为确保施工安全,在一层楼板以下搭设钢管支撑架作为安全储备,以确保施工过程的安全。 Through the engineering case of steel structure corridor lifting construction of multi-function hall of China Yagu science and technology innovation park project,the appropriate construction scheme is selected according to the site conditions.When the tower crane cannot meet the material transportation requirements,a 25t truck crane is needed to be used under the projection of the steel corridor.Due to the large construction load,measures should be taken to make the load evenly distributed,and the garage roof truck crane should be positioned Check the structural safety.According to the load calculation under multiple working conditions,the floor directly below the projection of the steel corridor in area B of the multi-functional Pavilion can meet the parking and operation requirements of the truck crane.In order to ensure the construction safety,the steel pipe support frame is set up under the first floor as the safety reserve to ensure the safety in the construction process.
