摘要
立井提升系统首绳更换是立井提升系统管理中一项工作量大、工作条件艰难、工作风险大的关键施工工作。传统的首绳更换作业通常需要3~5 d,而采用交互式快速换绳则只需要8~10 h便可完成,本文结合我矿更换主井提升2#系统更换首绳和悬挂装置施工作业,介绍了交互式快速换绳的应用及工作要点,以期进一步提高小庄煤矿主井换绳效率。
The first rope replacement of shaft hoisting system is a key construction work with heavy workload,difficult working conditions and high risk in the management of shaft hoisting system.The traditional first rope replacement operation usually takes 3~5 days,while the interactive fast rope replacement only takes 8~10 hours.This paper introduces the application and key points of interactive fast rope replacement based on the replacement of head rope and suspension device of hoisting 2 system in main shaft of Xiaozhuang coal mine,so as to further improve the efficiency of rope replacement in Xiaozhuang coal mine.
