摘要 医用缝合线是最早实现商业化的医用纺织材料之一,在缝合伤口、连结组织、促进伤口和组织闭合等方面有着广泛的临床需求。为开发性能优异、改善组织伤口愈合和安全有效的医用缝合线,系统阐述了医用缝合线的发展历史和研究现状,详细介绍了缝合线的不同种类、材料、性能要求和制备技术等,并分析了缝合线的存在问题和未来发展趋势。随着材料科学、生物工程和医疗技术的不断创新和临床需求的多元化提升,带来了生物医用纺织技术的快速发展,因此,需要开发更多结构、功能和用途的缝合线产品,如倒刺缝合线、载药缝合线、组织工程化缝合线和先进智能化缝合线,目标是改善缝合线在促进伤口愈合、提高治疗效率和降低医疗成本方面的能力,使之更加适合医学临床中的应用,为病人带来福音。 Medical suture is one of the oldest commercialized medical textiles,widely used in suturing wounds,connecting tissues and promoting wound and tissue closure and so on.In order to develop safe and effective medical sutures with excellent performance and improve tissue wound healing,this review describes the development history and research status of medical sutures,introduces the different types,materials,property requirements,and preparation methods of sutures,discusses the existing problems and emerging trends.The emerging innovation of material science,bioengineering and medical technologies and the diversification of clinical needs have brought rapid development of biomedical textile technologies.Therefore,it is necessary to develop more suture products with various structures,functions and usages,such as barbed sutures,drug-eluting sutures,tissue-engineered sutures,advanced smart sutures etc,which can promote wound healing,improve treatment efficiency and reduce medical costs,making it more suitable for medical clinical applications and bringing good news to patients.
