宣传思想文化领域法治建设存在的问题与对策研究——基于江苏省十三个设区的市的调研

On the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Legal Construction in the Field of Propaganda,Ideology and Culture——Based on the Survey of 13 Districts and Cities in Jiangsu Province

加强社会主义意识形态建设最重要、最有效的途径是实现宣传思想文化工作体系法治化。江苏省宣传思想文化领域法治建设走在了全国前列,但其在立法体系、法治实施体系、法治监督体系与法治保障体系四个方面仍需改进。本文通过对江苏省十三个设区的市宣传思想文化领域法治建设的相关问题进行梳理,在实践结合理论的基础上提出了完善对策,以期为其他地区宣传思想文化领域法治建设工作提供有益的实践经验。

The most important and effective way to strengthen the construction of socialist ideology is to realize the legalization of the ideological and cultural work system.At present,the construction of the rule of law in the field of propaganda,ideology and culture in Jiangsu Province is in the forefront of the country,but it still needs to be improved in four aspects:the legislative system,the implementation of the rule of law,the supervision and guarantee of the rule of law.In this paper,through sorting out the related problems of the rule of law construction in the propaganda ideological and cultural field of 13 districts and cities in Jiangsu Province,on the basis of practice combined with theory,put forward the improvement countermeasures,in order to provide useful practical experience for the legal construction in the field of propaganda,ideology and culture in other regions.
